Maintenance Service Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $28hr to $36hr based off experience level
Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm, on call as needed

A growing multifamily property management company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Service Manager who wants more ownership over their community — someone who can lead a team, tackle the tough technical problems, and take pride in a property that runs smoothly because of the work they put in.
This isn't a desk job pretending to be hands-on. You'll be the top technical resource on-site, working alongside your team, mentoring them in the field, and partnering directly with the Property Manager to keep the property in top shape.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and mentoring a maintenance team — training, coaching, and setting the standard by example
Handling the toughest repairs and diagnostics: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and building systems
Building out and running a preventative maintenance program that actually prevents emergencies
Walking the property regularly, catching issues before they become problems
Partnering with your Property Manager on budget, vendors, and priorities
Responding to occasional emergencies on your on-call rotation
What you bring:
5+ years of property maintenance/management experience
CPO Certification and EPA Universal Certification (required)
Construction background a plus
Yardi experience a plus
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Leadership instincts — you like developing people, not just fixing things
Comfort with physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, working outdoors
