The Resident Rewards Card is looking for enthusiastic Account Directors to sell our exclusive Rewards Program to retailers. Key Responsibilities:
ü Drive Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential retail partners, set appointments, and close deals to expand program participation.
ü Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our rewards program to confidently present, demo, and handle objections.
ü Lead Generation & Relationship Management: Organize a structured outreach plan to maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects.
ü Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through strategic selling and marketing initiatives.
ü Collaborate & Optimize: Work alongside fellow sales representatives to uphold company standards and ensure collective success.
What You Need to Succeed:
ü Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required).
ü Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
ü Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
