Are you ready to take the first step into a rewarding career in property management? AMLI Residential is looking for a Custodian to join our team at our 2 apartment communities in the South Denver Tech Center.

This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.

What You'll Do:

You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by:

• Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy

• Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep

• Caring for the pool and related equipment

• Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting

• Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)

• Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs

• A positive attitude and pride in your work!
