Multi-Site Leasing Consultant – AMLI Littleton Village, AMLI RidgeGate, AMLI Dry Creek

Are you a customer service pro with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? AMLI's South Denver campus is looking for a dynamic Multi- Site Leasing Consultant with strong sales skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

In this role, you'll handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while building strong, service-focused relationships with our residents. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills by planning resident events and driving community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize property occupancy

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and lease apartments

• Prepare lease documentation and facilitate a seamless move-in process

• Plan and host resident events to foster community

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Compensation & Benefits:

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service, or leasing (a plus but not required)

• High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus

• Saturday availability required (We are closed on Sundays!)
