Business Development Associate
The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting the marketing department in various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
· Two plus years of marketing and/or sales experience, preferably in the multifamily industry.
· Support the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy, updating calendars, scheduling meetings and organizing and planning promotional presentations.
· Assisting in the organization of marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
· Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new marketing material as needed.
· Attend committee meetings and events with AAMD, CAA and other associations.
· While representing DBK through the apartment associations, you will promote what we do and bring in leads in.
· Help to gather material for social media posts and company needs.
· Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
· Support the management of social media accounts, including content ideas, scheduling and engagement.
· Assist sales team with putting together marketing materials and promotional items as needed for events, meetings, and other sales needs.
· Create email spreadsheets of current and potential clients.
· Represent DBK at various organizations, explain what we do and assist in speaking opportunities when needed.
· Assist with the Kruid Foundation events and marketing needs.
